once, by being available, whether by phone, text, email or on Social Media,

I’ve saved or created a deal my client really needed.  Not too long ago, I

noticed someone on Facebook looking for a handyman to help with home

repairs.  I was able to give that person several referrals to contractors

I know.  In the end, I also helped them sell the home and buy their dream

house a few towns away. 

Customer service is my middle name. I am honest to a fault. Whether you’re buying or

selling, I’m going to have your back from the first hello until long after the

sale is over.  I’ve had clients call me years after buying to ask for help

with my opinion about whether they should sell or renovate.  They call me

because they trust I will always answer with their best interest at heart – not

mine. 

I live where I work. A 3rd generation Bay Stater, I know the area I

service.  Anyone can open a lockbox, not everyone can tell you where the

best coffee is in town or who to call for lawn service. My reputation is vital

to me. Because I live where I work, I never want to have to hide behind the

ketchup in the grocery store because I’m embarrassed to meet a former client.
